I had another company come out (Nebo Comfort), look at my unit, and said my compressor is bad. So I reached out to Triple-T for a second opinion and Gus came out to inspect the unit. When he opened my unit, the last company took my capacitor! I bought a new one from Gus and my unit fired right up. Triple-T is the best! That other company is crooked!

Got It Working in 100 Degrees Weather
Mason was very professional explaining what he needed to test and inspect. This was the same guy who showed up last summer on a weekend to replace a bad part, had to take half the housing off to get to it in 100 degrees weather, got it working. Great job.

I was very happy with Mason and Triple T.
I scheduled an A/C service with Triple T. The service tech (Mason Tanner) was on time and explained what he was going to do. He first checked the thermostat. Then turned the A/C unit on to make sure it was working. He next checked the unit in the attic. He checked the fan and made sure the evaporator was clean. He made sure the drain tubes were open by pouring water on the drain pan and I told him water came out the drain. Next, he checked the compressor, fan motor, and capacitor, and said they were OK. He looked at the condenser and said it looked OK. (He didn't hook gauges to the system because the temperatures were OK and hooking up the gauges causes a loss of freon when the hoses are connected.) If I wanted it cleaned, it would be an extra charge. (He said it would be an acid cleaner.) He installed new filters and checked the temperature at the vents. I was very happy with Mason and Triple T. Larry F. St. George, Utah
