The technician, Mack, was held up by the previous job and didn’t get to my home until a couple of hours after my appointment window. But I was kept informed by texts and calls throughout the delay and because of the communications, I totally understood and was fine with waiting. Mack called me on his way to my home and when he arrived, introduced himself, told me exactly what he would be doing for the service, then proceeded. He was respectful and answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before he left. He actually offered to change the battery in my water leakage monitor when I asked him about it.
