Really pleased with the technician.
Really pleased with the technician, the responsiveness, and the finished job. My only complaint is the price. The cost for even a relatively simple PVC pipe repair is absolutely ridiculous. And it's not just Triple T. Practically every plumber in town is the same way. I will still call/recommend Triple T, but these prices are making me want to start learning to fix my own plumbing!

Louie was great.
Louie was great. We had a stopped-up kitchen sink that was a real show stopper. He was able to get to us same day, was very nice and very respectful of our home and fussy dog. Unfortunately, he ultimately did not have the equipment that was needed for the job, but rather than just give up, he called a competitor who did and arranged for him to finish the job. BTW, they are buying that equipment and will be able to schedule ongoing maintenance for our flaky system so we don’t have future issues. Triple T has handled our furnace and AC maintenance and replacement for years, have been very reliable and responsive. We’re happy that they’re handling plumbing now too.

Called for a quote on a real small, quick, and simple task. They couldn't quote over the phone, but they were happy to schedule a technician to come out and evaluate it around my time frame, and they even have a special promotion where the dispatch/evaluation fee is waived! Today I received a text showing me a picture of who the tech was and saying that he was on his way. The tech was very polite, knowledgeable, and quickly quoted the work at a very reasonable price, MUCH lower than Parleys PPM or Any Hours minimum charge. I am happy to say that we will be scheduling the work to be completed with Triple T asap! Codey Hardman was a great tech. Very friendly and polite, he kept us updated with every part of the process and did an excellent job with the repair! Very pleased with his service! Would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to anybody needing work!
