We have a very large home, 25 years old, with 3 separate HVAC systems. One of the systems was original, another was 13 years old, and the 3rd was only 8 years old. Brad Thalman from Spanish Fork was super helpful in making a recommendation on what components of our HVAC systems he advised replacing, and all of my options from basic/minimalist to something with many more features & upgrades, applied no pressure, and quoted a very competitive/fair price. We ended up replacing 2 of our 3 furnaces with high efficiency, full modulating Ruud units, as well as a new 4-ton heat pump paired to one of those new furnaces, to replace one of our 3 existing AC systems. Triple-T was able to commit that all the work would get done in December 2025, before the applicable federal energy efficiency tax credits expire. Bronson Behring & the rest of the Triple-T installation team were very polite, professional & an absolute pleasure to have in our house! I highly recommend them!!

Triple T was the best decision! My entire HVAC system failed over the summer. I had literally EVERY company in Utah give me an assessment and a bid for replacement. The amount of BS other companies fed me was insane. I had quotes as high as 47k! One company tried to lease me equipment for 10 years. Lol. Triple T respected my time by arriving on time (not making me wait for half a day). They let me know who was coming to my home and gave me a heads up when they were on the way. They sent me a well-educated technician that did a thorough inspection of my equipment. It felt good to get an honest assessment from someone that wasn't setting me up for a sales pitch. Triple T gave me excellent options for replacement and very competitive pricing. This company has been here for 60 years and uses highly rated equipment according to Consumer Reports and independent reviews. Reasonable financing sealed the deal for me. The installation took 2 days and went very smoothly. Triple T came in and covered all my floors including the stairs. The technicians were polite, efficient, and happy to answer my questions. The repair technician, Jeff Averett, went out of his way to show me what was wrong with the system and provided me with the cost estimate of repairs versus replacing my system. Jeff Taylor, the salesperson, gave me a great deal, with every discount available, and did not try to upsell with things I did not need. I decided to replace the system and Peyton Tanner and his team did a great job installing the new system. They treated my house with respect and made sure all my questions were answered. While nobody wants to have to have their HVAC replaced, the team at Triple T made it the best possible experience.

Above and beyond service and cleanup. Today, Friday, they were back to install the new AC unit. So professional and personable and left everything looking immaculate! Every tech that came out here has completed the job with high quality, timeliness, and their service is a great value. Corbin and Garrett installed a new HVAC for me, which required a crane to pull off the old unit and to install the new one. They prepared me for what will be done, how it will be done, and the timeframe of completion. They worked together great and they did a quality job. My house now has a new thermostat, new HVAC, and an excellent company that maintains it. Oftentimes companies don’t follow through on great service, but Triple-T is tops in everything they do—every single time.
