The service at this place was amazing. Our heater stopped working, and I looked up reviews, and I could see why this one popped up first! I called them at 7 in the morning, before they were even open, and they had a technician at my house by 9 AM. There was perfect clarity about how much it was going to cost me and an explanation of fees. They ended up completing all the work the same day! I would highly recommend! Mason was our technician, and he was so polite and knowledgeable!

Jesse caught me still sleeping, my fault with my alarm not being set. He was a gentleman to give me five minutes and waited outside. My pilot light couldn't be turned on, so Jesse gave me a referral to a fireplace company. And then he was gone, not charging me for the service call.
