Mac Kurz, who serviced our HVAC system in Payson yesterday, is an example of what every service technician should strive to be like—just plain amazing. She was knowledgeable on many levels, professional, efficient but not at the expense of doing the small things that make a positive difference, and she also anticipated things I needed to know even before I asked questions. She used important performance tests that had never been done during past visits by other technicians and recommended installing a safety switch that can reduce the chances of damaging leaks in the future, which I approved. She did a lot of small things, including carefully cleaning up when she was finishing her work, that have never been done before. As a professional who has been involved in corporate-level total quality evaluations, she gets my highest marks, at the level of saying in future, don't send anyone else! She is the best I have seen in the eleven years Triple-T has serviced our HVAC system. Take good care of her—she is special! :-)
