Inspection season is closed June – August and December – February, so our crews stay focused on active repairs and emergency calls when members need us most.

Earn 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 spent on membership fees, redeemable toward the replacement of a furnace, boiler, air conditioner, water heater, or sewer line (subject to annual maximums). Water Heater Flush excludes tankless water heaters and requires a brass boiler drain. The monthly plan option is a monthto-month membership, cancellable after 4 months; all memberships auto-renew based on plan selection.
