We needed an outside faucet replaced for years. Cory came in and was able to get it all done in about an hour. He was also able to fix a problem with our water heater (it was installed incorrectly) the same day, so no rescheduling needed.

Kadin from Triple T Plumbing and Heating came to look at our water heater. We had been noticing that the water wasn't as warm and there was a strange film on the glasses from the dishwasher. Well, the thermostat on the water heater had failed. We were desperate... we had to heat water on the stove for dishwashing... but the worst was... no showering! Brigham Barker with Triple T is an incredibly skilled technician. Not only did he do an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing the new one, Brigham immediately recognized a plumbing feature on our old water heater plumbing that was no longer up to code. He notified us that the shut-off valve needed to be replaced to meet code requirements. He had the valve on his truck, and installed the new valve quickly, with minimal downtime. The new water heater installation was flawless! In addition to the great installation, Brigham’s customer service focus really impressed us! He made sure to cover the carpets and stairs in preparation to do the work. We highly recommend Brigham Barker and Triple T.

Our home is 44 years old, which meant there were some issues to work around. He carefully laid out a plan and successfully (and beautifully) installed everything. Guys stayed way longer than they thought they’d need to, but they got the new tankless hot water heater all done. They’ll need to come back and seal the crevices into the attic, but so far so good. Cleaned up, covered my carpets, moved furniture back in place. Hope their being bought by a big company will not change things. Both craftsmen were professional and cheerful.

We are quite happy with the experience we had with Triple T. Garrett did a great job with the humidifier; however, he identified an issue with the shut-off valve. We decided with that issue, we should have a review of the plumbing and Kadin arrived to do a very thorough job. He recommended a few corrections, which we felt were appropriate. In the course of the discussion, we asked about a tankless water heater since the regular water heater was over 8 years old. Kadin did an excellent job of explaining everything and we decided tankless was a good investment. There was a slight hiccup with the installation, BUT the response to the issue was exceptional and within 24 hours, we were back in action. Kadin was a delight throughout. We can see why Triple T has earned a reputation for customer service on top of competent employees. Thanks for everything.
