We have a very large home, 25 years old, with 3 separate HVAC systems. One of the systems was original, another was 13 years old, and the 3rd was only 8 years old.
Brad Thalman from Spanish Fork was super helpful in making a recommendation on what components of our HVAC systems he advised replacing, and all of my options from basic/minimalist to something with many more features & upgrades, applied no pressure, and quoted a very competitive/fair price.
We ended up replacing 2 of our 3 furnaces with high efficiency, full modulating Ruud units, as well as a new 4-ton heat pump paired to one of those new furnaces, to replace one of our 3 existing AC systems. Triple-T was able to commit that all the work would get done in December 2025, before the applicable federal energy efficiency tax credits expire.
