your basic prices?
Tune up & Derate on Furnace
$109.00 (This includes tune up, derate, and service charge)
Derate $45.00 (This a green sticker on furnace or water heater)
Service Charge $70.00 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Mon - Sat
After hours 5 to 10 PM $110.00 after 6:00p.m. $150.00 after 10:00p.m.
What if I know what the problem is; am I still charged
the service charge?
YES we still have to confirm that is the correct problem, and get the tech
to your site.
Does diagnostics fee go towards repair?
No it is used up getting the tech to the site and testing the equipment for
the problem.
How much is a humidifier Installed?
$395.00 - $495.00 for most installations.
Do you sell CO Detectors?
Yes, 2 styles $45.00 for the one that plug in the wall with no display, $49.00
is a LED read out and operates on a 9 volt replaceable battery.
How much is Duct Cleaning?
Generally $425.00 will do 13 openings. (Supply and return vents combined)
What are
your show room hours?
Summer is 8-5 Monday through Friday
Winter is 8-6 Monday through Friday
Saturday 10 am - 2 pm (Winter Season)
Do we install gas lines?
YES, we can send out a designer to quote this for you.
Do we service swamp coolers?
NO, we can have a designer speak with you about refrigerated cooling; it is
very affordable and much more comfortable.
How often should I change my air filters?
The normal 1 inch thick style about every 6-8 weeks.
How often do I change the space guard type filer?
Between 6 months to 1 year depending on the use of your home.
What is an germicidal light?
A light that mounts in you ductwork to kill viruses and bacteria in the home.
Do you sell humidifiers pads?
YES.
How often are humidifier pads changes?
Every year.
Can I cover my outdoor cooling unit?
YES, we have custom made canvas covers made up for you they are $49.00.
Do you have 24 hour 7 day service?
YES.
Can I always talk to a live person?
YES, we have a live answering service to speak with your after hours, and
to take care of your questions, and dispatch a technician to your home or business.

Do
you sell furnace and fireplace parts?
Yes, But unfortunatly we do not sell parts that are too complicated to install.
Do you sell furnace filters?
YES, they are very high capacity pleated filters; they trap much more dirt
then normal ones.
1" filters are $5.00, space guards are $30.00.
Can I
buy a fireplace from you and install it myself?
NO, we have our people trained for proper installation to protect your family,
from dangers of carbon monoxide problems and building code concerns.
Do we sell direct vent fireplace?
YES, pulls fresh air in to the fire box from outside and directs it back out.
