- Founded in 1974. With over 35 team members to
assist with your needs. We believe that with constant team member
training, we can provide the highest quality service and installations. We
are locally family owned and believe in doing business with integrity,
morals, value and professionalism.
Will I feel comfortable with your staff in my home or business?
- Yes we have very trustworthy team members. We
conduct background checks and drug testing for your peace of mind. Our
staff is constantly trained and certified by experts in the industry.
What is your service area?
- All of Utah County, we do travel another 15 miles
or so outside that area.
What are your business hours?
- Office and Fireplace showroom are Monday-Friday
8am to 5pm. Saturdays by appointment only for fireplace showroom
- Service 24/7, (see the service FAQ’s)
Where are you located?
- Our office, fireplace showroom, and warehouse are
located at 1550 North Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Just off of exit
#257 on I-15.
SERVICE FAQ’s
What can I expect from a complete equipment tune up?
- We perform a very comprehensive 32 point heating
or cooling tune up.
- Yearly service programs are available. We have
over 1,600 clients that believe in this proactive maintenance for peace of
mind, safety and efficiency
Can you service or repair my heating, cooling or gas fireplace
equipment?
- Yes, we have seven certified technicians.
- With GPS dispatching and navigation tools we can
ensure prompt service.
Do you offer emergency service?
- Yes, you will always reach someone. Just call
801-798-7711. You will be greeted by a friendly receptionist 24 hours a
day, 7 days each week to assist you with your questions. At your request a
certified technician will be dispatched to your home or business.
How often should I change my air filters?
- There are a few types; here is some information
on most of them.
- One inch styles – every 6-8 weeks
- Four inch styles – every 3-6 months
- Six to eight inch styles – every 6-12 months
- Time frames are estimated, change as needed
based on conditions.
How do you charge for your service?
- We have a standard call out fee; this includes
dispatching our technician to your home or business, and the typical
amount of time to diagnose the problem.
- Once a problem is diagnosed, the technician will
explain your options and costs before any additional work is done.
- We use menu type pricing. The price includes
parts and labor with no hidden costs to worry about.

the state for gas fireplaces. We have over 20 operating units on display.
This allows you to visualize them in your particular setting and compare
what they would look like in your home.

What can I purchase from your retail counter?
- We offer many minor repair service parts like air
filters, motors, belts, humidifier pads, thermostats, and carbon monoxide
detectors.
Are there other items I can purchase from your sales counter?
- Yes, we have a fully equipped sheet metal
fabrication shop, many clients purchase ductwork, water heater pans, craft
or hobby items, magnet boards, roof flashing metal, etc.
- All types of cutting, bending, and welding to
steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, paint lock, colored metal, and
galvanized metals.
